Hi friends! Today I’m going to share two spring trends rolled into one, but first let’s chat weekend. I hope you had a wonderful Easter. Ours was lovely. Katie was under the weather, but I got to spend the day with Benny and Erin. I enjoyed every single second. It’s such a blessing when you not only love, but also like your adult children. We all leave Friday to head to Boston for a long weekend, and a week from today Benny will run the Boston Marathon. I am beyond proud and excited for him.
Spring Trend #1
Now let’s talk about the two spring trends in this post. I love a two-fer. Don’t you? Spanx released two new pairs of wide leg denim. The pair I’m sharing today combines the wide leg trend with the color ecru. Ecru denim is another big spring trend, and a nice alternative to white denim.
Paired with this ecru sweater, it makes for a really pretty monochromatic look. This sweater is one of my favorite spring pieces that I find myself wearing frequently. I love the boat neck style, the weave and color.
Spring Trend #2
Wide leg pants are everywhere in different lengths. This new Spanx style is full length and has seaming from about mid thigh all the way down. If you’re tall and you’d like them to be a little cropped, you could order the regular length instead of the tall. I wear the petite length (size medium) in all Spanx when available.
