Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cans Mexicorn (well drained)
  • 1 Sm. Jar Diced Pimento (well drained)
  • 2 T Diced Jalapeno
  • 1/4 C Chopped Green Onion
  • 2 C Grated Cheddar
  • 1 C Mayo
  • 1 C Sour Cream

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into greased baking dish
  2. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly
